The 5 Principles of Reiki

At Reiki South Dublin, we follow Dr Mikao Usui’s belief. In order for anyone to practice Reiki and transfer healing energy to others, they must have first taken responsibility for their own health and wellbeing. He developed the five Reiki principles which he taught to his students as strategies to apply to life. We realise the importance of his principles and he has defined them as:

Just for today do not worry.

Just for today show appreciation.

Just for today work hard on yourself.

Just for today be kind to others.
