Positive Thinking – ” The quality of your thinking directly impacts your ability to succeed “

This is a direct quote from Jack Black, a motivational speaker who spoke at the pendulum summit recently in Dublin. He also maintains that positive thinking is crucial to happiness and success in life. One way to help positive thinking is to work with positive affirmations, repeat them to yourself three times at least twice a day. Thinking positively as oppose to negatively can be like flicking on a switch, a useful way to flick this switch is by positive affirmations. Here are three good ones that I like:

          1. ‘ I fill this day with hope and face it with joy ‘

    2. ‘ I love and accept myself exactly as I am ‘

3. ‘ Today I believe everything is possible ‘
